How Should Catholics answer?

As a Catholic the answer is Yes! I was born again in baptism. John 3:5 we read: Jesus answered, “Amen, amen, I say to you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit." This is baptism!

All early Christians agreed this verse means baptism.
